Extraordinary Rule Change for 2006!
The MHSA Jr. and Sr. Hunter Seat Medallion classes fence height has changed. The old rule is as follows:
To be shown over a course of not less than 8 obstacles at 33 with spreads not to exceed 36. The course must include at least one combination, one oxer and two changes of direction (changes of lead) after the first fence.
The new rule for both the Junior and Senior Medallion classes will be as follows:
To be shown over a course of not less than 8 obstacles at 29 with spreads not to exceed 3. The course must include at least one oxer, and two changes of direction (changes of lead) after the first fence.
Show Managers and competitors please be aware of these changes in the requirements for the Medallion classes. The fence height is lower and the previously required combination (in & out) has been removed. All Medallion classes for 2007 should be run following the new rule.
